Founded in 2018 by Robert Wright, GoGo Floors began as a small side project in Columbus, GA, and quickly grew into one of the most trusted names in the flooring industry. What started with late nights and long drives after full workdays has become a company recognized for craftsmanship, customer service, and innovation. Today, GoGo Floors is proud to be a 5-star rated business, CFI-certified, NWFA member, SCHÖNOX® Certified installer, and the only black-owned flooring store in the Tri-City area.

Our Story
Robert Wright launched GoGo Floors with a simple vision: provide homeowners and businesses with flooring done right — no shortcuts, just quality work and dependable service. In the early days, he traveled across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, completing up to three or four jobs a day. That tireless dedication laid the foundation for the company’s growth. Within just a year, GoGo Floors had expanded into multiple states and earned a reputation for excellence.

As a person who frequently moves and contracts out home repairs, I have seen and learned quite a bit. Robert, at GoGo Floors, is on track to developing a very successful business. I hired him to carpet my house and he did a fair job at it. Doing thorough research in the Columbus area, I found this place to be the best for both lead time and cost. He did a good job and I expect that he will become even better in the trade with more gigs. He was always honest, upfront, and down to earth. GoGo Floors did an outstanding job. I changed 3 bedroom floors from carpet to vinyl sheeting. They moved all the furniture outside, removed the old carpet, installed my new flooring & replaced the furniture. All done in a timely manner. It looks beautiful. It was so refreshing to find a company that actually did what he said he would do plus at a great price! I plan to refer him to all my friends.
