GoGo Floors did an outstanding job. I changed 3 bedroom floors from carpet to vinyl sheeting. They moved all the furniture outside, removed the old carpet, installed my new flooring & replaced the furniture. All done in a timely manner. It looks beautiful. It was so refreshing to find a company that actually did what he said he would do plus at a great price! I plan to refer him to all my friends. Rob provided an outstanding experience. I'm from Colorado and came out to help a family member. I found him on Facebook marketplace, (of course there was hesitation) but he accepted credit card payments, so i knew i could dispute a bad charge. His communication was prompt, price was better than big box stores, he shared his schedule, showed up on time, completed the install within his time frame, no up charges, no funny business, super clean install, and no visible seams. Highly recommended!

As a person who frequently moves and contracts out home repairs, I have seen and learned quite a bit. Robert, at GoGo Floors, is on track to developing a very successful business. I hired him to carpet my house and he did a fair job at it. Doing thorough research in the Columbus area, I found this place to be the best for both lead time and cost. He did a good job and I expect that he will become even better in the trade with more gigs. He was always honest, upfront, and down to earth. I highly recommend GoGo floors! I would give 10 stars if allowed. My experience from start to finish exceeded beyond my expectations. The customer service is excellent. I obtained multiple estimates from different companies. However, when I called GoGo floors, the whole experience was unmatchable. The lady that I spoke with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accomadating. I felt like I was speaking to family, who had my best interest in mind & made sure I would be taken care of. Robert came out the same day of me calling for an estimate. He was punctual. He took his time and explained to me all of my options & provided me with multiple samples of carpet & bathroom flooring to chose from. The estimate was the affordable and accurate - there were no hidden cost. He provided me with an itemized invoice via email that listed all expenses, which was awesome. He was able to start the work by my desired date (which I loved)! The carpets throughout the bedrooms are great quality & feel wonderful to my feet. They were beautifully placed in a timely manner. He even fixed the cracks in my foundation (thank you). I will be getting the bathroom floors done in April and have no doubt that they will be just as gorgeous. Words are not enough to express how great GoGo floors are & how greatful I am for their services. Thank you again!!
